Life can be difficult. At times our burdens take up what feels like too much space and energy in our day-to-day lives. Perhaps you find yourself going back to certain memories you’d rather stop revisiting. These struggles are not due to a lack of personal strength or resilience on your part – they simply reveal that you are human, with human experiences and needs. And as a human, you have the right to ask for help when you need it.
I would love to come alongside you and help you break out of this stuck place, and experience the relief that comes when relationships and struggles find their proper size. As your therapist, I will work with you to unearth clarity about your past and create vision for your future, in a way that is in line with your goals and values.
