I offer EMDR therapy and EMDR intensives which helps people heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences. My areas of interests include anxiety, panic, phobias, depression, identity development, life stage transitions, interpersonal relationship issues, body image concerns, grief and loss and working with survivors of trauma.
I work with children, adolescents, college students and adults. I use a compassionate and person-centered therapeutic approach, drawing heavily from a strengths based perspective, emphasizing empowerment and resilience.
