Therapy at its core is a relational experience. In my work, I prioritize safety, curiosity, humor, and authenticity. Beyond that, I balance nondirective and directive approaches to support the unfolding of your journey, and to guide you to a place of healing.
There are endless paths we can take in life, and I want to help you navigate which path you would like to go down. Navigating Late-in-Life Queerness & Intimacy
Group therapy is an affordable and relationship-driven way to collaborate and connect with others like you. It can help us feel less isolated in our experience, and incorporates peer support alongside therapeutic support. This group is for queer women in their 20s and 30s who came out later in life. We will explore the unique journey of each individual in coming out as queer, and create space to discuss the particular challenges and opportunities this presents. We will discuss self-acceptance, self-discovery, relationships, sex, intimacy, and what being queer means to you in your life.
