I am client-centered and strengths-based in my approach, working with you to discover and use your strengths to find the healthy coping skills you need to thrive. I have extensive experience in art, CBT, and mindfulness practices, and often use and encourage movement and outdoor therapeutic techniques to bring you closer to your best self.
