Looking to improve your sport/mental performance? Better understand your gender, sexuality, or relationship identity? Process a history of interpersonal trauma? Our stories are our greatest power, and yet, can be difficult to share with others. In therapy, I encourage clients to tell their stories as accurately and meaningfully as possible (including the "ugly" stuff!) to pave a path for moving forward. I equally recognize that not all mental health concerns are individually determined, and encourage clients to explore the impact of their social, intergenerational, and environmental histories and resources to promote healing/growth.
I specialize in treating trauma/PTSD, addiction, sex, masculinity, and sport/mental performance concerns. I am a BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, and polyamory/consensual non-monogamy co-conspirator, offering inclusive systemic sex therapy to those of all gender/sexuality/relationship identities and evaluations and letters for gender affirming medical care access.
Contacting a therapist can be daunting, especially if you are holding on to painful memories or have experienced marginalization. My treatments are feminist-, multicultural-, and liberation-informed and I am active in creating a non-judgmental, anti-racist, and decolonized therapy experience for clients with a variety of lived experiences and identities.
