Welcome! I’m Tess, a pediatric mental health therapist passionate about helping children and families thrive. I specialize in working with children and adolescents aged 3 to 18, using a client-centered approach to make therapy engaging and accessible.
For younger children, I use play therapy to help them express emotions and navigate challenges naturally. With teens, I use tailored methods to meet their unique developmental stages and interests.
