Welcome! I’m Tess, a pediatric mental health therapist specializing in child-centered play therapy for children ages 3 to 12. My approach allows children to express emotions, process challenges, and develop new skills through the natural language of play.
I incorporate monthly parent sessions to strengthen the connection between therapy and home life. These sessions provide guidance and support to help families meet their child’s needs and create lasting, positive change.
I also work with teens, using a more tailored approach that meets them where they are and focuses on their unique strengths and challenges. Parent sessions are an important part of my work with teens as well, helping families improve communication, set boundaries, and navigate this critical stage of development together.
