I work with clients on broad-ranging topics including addiction, trauma, anxiety and mood disorders, family/relationship conflict, and sexuality. My goal is to help clients address the impact of their experiences and emotions on daily living within a safe, supportive, and individualized setting. I encourage clients to accept themselves at every point in their mental health journey, while developing coping skills and support networks that will enrich their lives. My clients range in age from pre-K through adulthood, and come from a variety of different backgrounds.
I utilize a variety of approaches always rooted in trauma-informed care, including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I am also passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community and on topics related to sexuality/gender.
