My name is Tess and I am Wild Heart Practice at Therapy Central. I love helping folks create a new path toward inner-knowing, self-confidence, and connected community. I have six years experience working with trauma clients and I am devoted to collaborative care. I want to carve a path to healing and self discovery that honors your experiences, your capacity, and your dreams.
Embodiment, meditation, radical acceptance, and emotions work are a big part of my practice.
