When affair recovery, past substance use, parenting and transitions, intimacy gaps, EDM struggles, mixed-neurotype communication, or OCD tug at the seams in your relationship, you don't have to figure it out by yourselves. I help loved ones move through past pain or current conflicts with greater clarity, peace, and skill.

As we work on the specific issue, we're aiming to repair the larger dynamic that drove it. That can mean noticing the impact of older wounds while staying focused on today's solutions. Trained in Gottman, Relational Life, and ERP/ICBT, I focus on couple conflict as well as individual OCD recovery.

Have you wished you had an advisor for improving your relationship communication—without committing to long-term therapy? Do you feel like you’ve forgotten how to communicate with each other? Couples and Chronic Illness - Starts January, 2025

Chronic illness in relationship is tricky. One person experiences it most deeply, but both are impacted. Every week, we will process core concerns, such as shifting relationship roles, maintaining intimacy, or cultivating love beyond illness. I will offer topic ideas, but as a group, we will decide on the specific weekly topics. With a legacy of research and advocacy in chronic illness that predates my therapy work, I created the first of these groups in Minnesota, and I’d be thrilled for you to join me today! All meetings take place online and are limited to four couples.
