I see first responders, EMS, firefighters, law enforcement, dispatchers, as well as active military, veterans, and healthcare professionals. I also work with men from all walks of life who appreciate a direct, practical approach to therapy, and clients interested in having a therapist with a critical care medical background. Many of the people I see have spent years taking care of everyone else while ignoring their own struggles. Therapy isn't about taking away what makes someone good at the job, it's about helping those same strengths work for them off duty, too.
I have worked in EMS since 2000 as a 911 paramedic, tactical paramedic, flight paramedic, and trauma nurse. Today, I bring that experience into therapy with a direct, candid, and practical approach infused with humor. I offer flexibility for shift work including some weekends and evenings.
