I’m Tesia, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with experience in inpatient and outpatient settings, including private practice and crisis intervention work with a mobile crisis unit. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm, and I especially enjoy supporting women and female identifying individuals from the pre teen years through adulthood. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, helping clients feel safe while building healthier coping skills, greater self understanding, and a stronger sense of balance in their lives.
My own experiences with anxiety and depression inspired me to become a therapist after seeing the impact therapy had on my life. I truly believe people are doing the best they can with the tools they have, and with support and new coping strategies, meaningful change is possible.
