I'm Tesia, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who specializes in working with women and female-identifying clients from the preteen years through adulthood. Through my work in inpatient, outpatient, private practice, and mobile crisis settings, I've supported women navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and the unique challenges that come with balancing life's many roles. My own experiences with anxiety and depression inspired me to become a therapist after seeing the impact therapy had on my life. I truly believe people are doing the best they can with the tools they have, and with support and new coping strategies, meaningful change is possible.
