I offer both virtual and in-person counseling services, understanding the importance of personal connection in the therapeutic process. Specializing in unresolved trauma, early life experiences, and perinatal trauma, as well as anxiety and mood disorders, my approach is integrative and collaborative. I blend psychodynamic psychotherapy with body-centered and mindfulness techniques to empower clients. My goal is to equip you with tools for self-awareness, self-compassion, and clarity, fostering inner peace and helping you lead a more meaningful, fulfilling life. Together, we can navigate your journey toward healing and growth.
I enhance my traditional psychotherapy practice with specialized training in body-centered approaches like Somatic Experiencing, helping clients process trauma and develop regulation. Additionally, I am certified in perinatal mental health, allowing me to provide tailored support for those navigating the unique challenges of pregnancy and postpartum.
