Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker who has experience with adolescents, families, and parents in community mental health, education, inpatient, intensive outpatient, and traditional outpatient settings. After 8 years in practice, I have focused on helping adolescents and young adults, ages 14 to 35, navigate life challenges such as relationships, work/career, school, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. I strive to provide a safe, accepting, and supportive environment.

I am trained in DBT and have completed Level 1 and Level 2 of Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy. On a more personal level, I am empathetic at heart and will be your biggest cheerleader. I will also challenge you to look at things from a different perspective, try a new skill, and put yourself in stressful situations for the best growth opportunity.

I believe that safety is number 1. The environment and the individuals in it need to be safe in order for growth to occur. I expect clients who are willing and ready to make active changes in their lives as well as accept help from a trusting adult.
