I work with adults who are navigating life's everyday challenges and transitions (e.g., Anxiety/Depression, Self-worth, Career issues, Grief, Parenthood, Relationship issues Marriage/ Divorce and much more. I also, offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy) for Adults EMDR is not only used for PTSD but an array of clinical problems that can have positive life changing results. I work with teens to help with self esteem, social anxiety, ADHD, Autism and other concerns.
My therapeutic approaches include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-centered, Psycho dynamic, experiential, Trauma Focus EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Art therapy and Sand tray therapy for adolescents, as well as, Adults. I help many people just learn to relax with Self Motivation / Mediation and Relaxation Techniques.
I am passionate about helping my clients feel supported and cared for through a professional, compassionate therapeutic approach that can be life changing and give relief to individuals who never thought it could be possible.
