If you are like most people, you have had painful experiences that have continued to affect how you are thinking, feeling or behaving. Those thoughts and feelings have been stored as memories in your brain's neurons, but Your Brain Can Change: this ability to change is "Neuroplasticity" (Google it!). I have studied many ways to help you clear or minimize those stuck memories away using "Pattern Interrupts," Clinical Hypnosis, and/or Visualization , to "rewire" your brain. You DO NOT have to re-live and discuss the hurtful details to notice a difference.
Don't be ruled by a diagnosis! I use a Neuro-Cognitive approach, combining standard counseling practices with newer tools and techniques. My goal is to Teach You how to clear your Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Fear, Depression and Chronic Pain, which are the basis for many diagnoses. Then you have tools to use to feel better!
I am glad to give you an FREE 15 MINUTE initial phone consultation to see that we will be a good team. Then we can schedule a 50 minute or longer session for you on Monday through Saturday. I encourage You to Decide when you want to return for follow-up sessions; you are in control. I find that 3-4 sessions give you significant change.
