I have studied many ways to help you clear or minimize those stuck memories away using Clinical Hypnosis, "Pattern Interrupts," and Visualization, to "rewire" your brain. You DO NOT have to re-live and discuss the hurtful details to notice a difference.
Don't be ruled by a diagnosis! I use a Neuro-Cognitive approach, combining standard counseling practices with newer tools and techniques. My goal is to Teach You how to clear your Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Fear, Depression and Chronic Pain, which are the basis for many diagnoses. Then you have tools to use to feel better!
