Overwhelmed? Feeling distressed with worry, fear, sadness, despair, or a combination of difficult feelings? Relationship challenges? Parenting challenges? Terry is a family therapist who believes most people can manage their own lives, except for those few times when life throws a curveball, then we may have difficulty figuring how to handle that ball. We often find ourselves going in circles using old techniques. My desire and privilege is to come alongside you in your journey forward.
SPECIALTIES: Anxiety, Abuse, Behavioral Issues, Depression, Divorce/Separation, Trauma (PTSD), Anger, Shame, Grief/Loss, Mood Disorders, Parenting, Pornography Addictions, Marriage Counseling and Individual Counseling (men and women). I work with adolescents (males ages 13-19), families, couples, and adults.
INSURANCE: I accept all major insurances including Medicaid. I'm an ordained pastor, having 20+ years of ministry experience working with a wide range of ethnic people. If desired, I am able to integrate biblical faith into counseling.
