I believe it is never too late to make changes, heal old wounds, or find new ways to feel better in your life. I specialize in working with adults of all ages, including older adults who are navigating substance use and recovery, attachment-focused therapy, often alongside past or recent experiences of trauma. My approach is relaxed, supportive, and focused on helping you feel comfortable being yourself. Many of the people I work with are dealing with big life changes—retirement, health concerns, grief, shifts in relationships, or long-standing habits that no longer serve them.
I work with people who are living with substance use concerns and the effects of trauma, whether those experiences are recent or from earlier in life. Many of the individuals I support have lived full, meaningful lives and are now facing challenges such as changes in health, grief, loneliness, retirement, or habits that no longer feel easy to manage.
We will focus on what matters most to you, build on your strengths, and find tools that fit into your life and your values. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel truly listened to and accepted. Together, we move at a comfortable pace, making sense of what’s been difficult and finding small, steady ways toward healing and balance.
