I am a licensed professional counselor and art therapist with over 25 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and children to help support their mental health needs. Recognizing the important first step is to seek help, I work with clients to establish trust, validate strengths, and identify goals for the future. Whether it is the stress of life, anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or trauma I understand what a disturbing disruption to one’s life it can be.
As a therapist, I tend to actively engaged with clients. However, I’m sensitive to initially build trust and empathy. My specialty is in art therapy as a treatment modality, and I offer treatment for individuals and couples using cognitive behavioral therapy, psychotherapy, trauma informed treatment, and dialectical behavioral informed therapy.
