I have been interested in transformative Consciousness work since the early 1970's and have extensive training in both Freudian and Jungian psychology, and varities of Mindfulness Practice. I practiced psychotherapy in greater Boston from 1973 through 1991 and then came to California to study with a Jungian teacher who studied with Carl Jung, M.D., in Zurich Switzerland in the mid 1950's! I currently combine meditative practice with the best multi-modal psychotherapy practices in order to help clients gain the maximum advantage in their lives!
I meet clients where they are and offer a myriad of tools to them in order to reach the goals they have set for themselves. Due to my background in multiple approaches I am able to offer strategies and skills that are tailor made for each individual and their challenges!
A graduate school education and even graduate level internships offer mostly a "foundational" understanding of what causes unhappiness! I have discovered over the years that the most important training occurs long after graduate level foundational training and usually occurs in the company of teachers who have developed advanced skills!
