I work with adults who are experiencing emotional distress, difficulty adjusting to life changes, relationship concerns, stress, grief, and challenges related to mental wellness. I offer a supportive space where clients can speak openly, identify patterns that may be holding them back, and develop practical strategies for moving forward.
