I employ an eclectic approach with a strong reliance on emotional focus and well-being. Among the approaches I use are Internal Family Systems, Coherence Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy. These approaches offer the resilience to face the pain that that entraps clients from living their best lives.
