"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate." -C.G. Jung. My desire as a therapist is to help you identify and overcome obstacles that block personal growth and address beliefs and assumptions that cause pain. Everyone has a unique lens through which they view life events and give personal meaning to them. I can help you identify dysfunctional beliefs that are holding you back and reform old patterns of coping that prevent you from expressing your true wants and needs, thereby allowing you to live more fully and bravely in the present.
I have training in the treatment of trauma from The Institute of Advanced Psychotherapy and Education, Inc. In addition, I am certified in EMDR and a certified facilitator in The Daring Way method. I have completed levels 1 & 2 training in Internal Family Systems therapy.
