For over 20 years, I've specialized in serving adult men, women, couples + groups. Most report feeling alone, overwhelmed, stuck, increased stress, burnout, anxiety, reactivity, depression, imposter syndrome, strained relationships, guilt/shame, people-pleasing, intimacy or boundary concerns, unhealthy coping (infidelity, tech, porn, work), toxic families, or have kept lifelong secrets. Clients want healing and growth from historical trauma(s)/abuse, and frequently/privately struggle in some area(s) of life, yet achieve 'success'. My clients include: counselors, entrepreneurs, healthcare workers, executives, leaders and pastors.
We will actively engage your needs, beliefs, doubts, questions, regrets and fears, starting with therapy itself. I provide a relational, transparent and integrative approach in our collaboration. Clients discover key insights when looking at unhealthy relational dynamics and patterns, which often originate in their past. Healing consistently precedes growth.

Fort Collins Men's Group (starts 1/10/24)
Jan. 10th - Feb. 28th (2024), Wednesday nights 5:30pm-7pm. Men (27+) looking for intentional, authentic, healthy masculine support. Confidential weekly meeting with other men who want deeper connection. Group will offer peer support, emotional intelligence and regular opportunities to practice healthy, effective communication skills and receive honest feedback. Topics may include: loneliness, burnout, strained relationships, work/career stresses, family difficulties and unhealthy coping mechanisms. Why? Men need regular time/space to candidly process life’s challenges, with other men. This eight-week group is $450/man; a $225 deposit reserves your place.
