Men (30+) who want intentional, courageous and confidential space to connect. Group will offer peer support, community and regular opportunities to practice healthy, effective communication skills and receive honest feedback, incl. uncomfortable topics like porn, workaholism, etc. Topics may include: loneliness, burnout, strained relationships, work/career stresses, family difficulties and unhealthy coping mechanisms.
