I specialize in helping adult (22+) men, women, couples, entrepreneurs, athletes, leaders, therapists, executives and coaches. The vast majority often feel alone, overwhelmed or stuck, experience strained relationships, guilt / shame, suffer people-pleasing, infidelity, addiction (work, tech, porn), personal boundary challenges, burnout and/or imposter syndrome, have ongoing anxiety, anger, depression, keep lifelong secrets or have survived toxic families. Many achieve success, yet frequently struggle in other areas of life. Clients desire deep healing and growth, frequently from historical trauma(s) and abuse.
I provide a relational, transparent & integrative framework in our collaboration. All of my clients discover key insights when looking at their ineffective interpersonal dynamics, which often originate from their past. Healing consistently precedes growth. We'll always engage your questions, beliefs, needs, doubts and struggles, including of therapy itself.

Men's Group: Wednesday Weekly + In-Person
** Masculinity, Intentionality + Authenticity ** www.terrybohn.com/masculinity WHO: Men (ages 30+) who are looking to have transparent, courageous conversations, in the confidential space of a weekly all-male group. WHEN: *Wednesdays, starting 1/18 through 3/8, from 6:30-7:50am WHAT: Weekly men's group, $45/man/week (eight wks total) WHERE: Midtown FoCo (Drake/College) in a licensed counselor's office. WHY: Men have said it was one of the first places they felt comfortable being honest about important, everyday and frequently-awkward topics. Group limited to the first six paid registrations.
