I know in this crazy time and uncertainty in the world we as people are struggling with a lot of life stressors that often causes a lot of anxiety, depression, and other emotions that we just cannot manage at times. Life stressors may also cause some relationship conflicts that often causes disruptions in homes, but I am here to help you learn how to cope with your daily stressors and help you navigate through your life journey. By using a nonjudgmental, caring, and respectful approach you will be able to process your thoughts and feelings and learn how to cope with your daily stressors.
My approach is often solution focus, client and holistic centered but I also can use other approaches to cater to the person’s needs. I believe that it is very important to look at the whole person (environment, family, medical, financial, etc.) instead of just the presenting problems.
I know taken the first step to seeking therapy is big and anxiety invoking but if you take the first step, I will take the rest of the steps with you.
