About
My passion is working with children ages 3-12 experiencing challenges related to: anxiety, trauma, emotion regulation, social skills, self-esteem, and neurodiversity (including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, learning differences). I utilize the therapeutic power of play and creative arts to nurture and enhance wellness. I use techniques from child-centered play therapy and Adlerian play therapy to best fit the needs of each client. Through developmentally appropriate medium, clients are able to naturally explore, learn, and grow. I view parents/caregivers as an integral part of the therapeutic process.
As a warm, heart-centered therapist I am interested in joining my clients on a journey to live life more fully and authentically. My goal is to provide a safe, genuine space for my clients to explore their world together.
I am open, honored, and committed to serving all clients who desire to work together in addressing their needs. I am passionate about the power of healing and wellness, and grateful to those who invite me to join them on their journey!
