As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA), I have a passion for supporting children and adolescents ages 4–18 through the unique challenges they face in today’s world. Many of our youth carry their struggles silently, and my goal is to create a safe, understanding, and relatable space where they can feel seen, heard, and supported. With a warm and unique style, I combine evidence-based practices with creativity and connection.
My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, play-informed and art techniques, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and strength-based strategies. This allows me to meet each child or teen where they are, helping them explore their emotions, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills.
