I am a licensed clinical social worker, experienced in assisting adults, teens, and families address a variety of issues. Areas of specialty include: anxiety, depression and substance abuse issues. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment in which you can explore and identify these issues. No two persons are the same. I believe in using an individualized approach grounded in evidence based practice that is tailored to one's specific needs.
I specialize in helping adults and adolescents cope with substance use, and the challenges of transitioning to new life roles. With training in motivational interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I focus on helping individuals create a plan to address substance abuse as well as preventing addiction and relapse.
My goal is to help provide you with the tools you need to move beyond old, limiting beliefs and behaviors.
