I help these individuals find safety and acceptance in themselves, process their feelings, and take action in changing their lives for the better.
I use compassion-based approaches to help my clients learn effective ways to regulate their emotions, express themselves, and face challenges without withdrawing, shutting down, or losing self-confidence.
