SUD Recovery Groups
SUD recovery groups are trauma informed and focused on co-occuring SUD/PTSD diagnosis. Recovery groups focus on the relationship of PTSD/CPTSD to substance use disorders and other process addictions. Participants work individually as well as collectively with the horses through an experiential process that promotes mindfulness, reduces anxiety and depression, and creates opportunity for authentic connection with self and others. Recovery groups are open for up to 8 individuals and can be created for 1 hour to 1/2 day sessions.

Women's Trauma Healing Group
The trauma healing group is designed for up to 8 participants and focuses on healing relational trauma from the feminist perspective and relative to intersectionality feminism. The principles of this group focus on the social and societal pressures of oppression and patriarchy that lead to or have influenced relational trauma and the barriers to support and healing from mental, emotional, physical and/or sexual abuse. Working with the horses allows participants the opportunity to practice setting boundaries and making requests while embodying self worth. This experience is fostered while building authentic connections based on mutual trust, respect and consent.
