I have 23 years successful experience working with children, adults, and families coping with symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD; symptoms interfering with your enjoyment of life, work, and school; we work together to identify best interventions to improve your life. I have 14 years safely utilizing EMDR to treat the range of trauma experience.
My approach to therapy is patient centered and strengths based using a positive client oriented supportive dynamic based on your unique needs. Establishing a trusting supportive relationship and assisting you based on your needs, hopes and desires is my goal.
