I’m Terri Taylor, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over twenty-three years of experience supporting individuals, couples, families and organizations. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity, grief and loss, family relationship stress, life transitions, chronic illness, and emotional overwhelm.
By combining a systemic approach with somatic awareness and solution-focused strategies. My approach is practical, grounded, and compassionate. I work with you to identify patterns, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with what matters most—so you can move forward with more clarity, calm, and confidence. You don’t have to do it alone. We'll take time to understand your story, explore how your current struggles make sense in context with genogramming, and begin identifying meaningful changes that help you feel better right away.
