I am a fully licensed therapist with a background in trauma focused therapy. I work with individuals that have experienced multiple types of trauma as well as individuals experiencing anxiety, depression and other issues. I operate from a non-judgmental approach and provide a safe supportive atmosphere.
I specialize in women's issues, sexual trauma, PTSD and domestic violence. I also work with individuals experiencing a variety of other issues including depression, anxiety, life changes, and more. I would love to sit down and talk with you about how we can work together toward your goals.
This journey of life can get hard at times. Life can take unexpected turns. Life changes can be difficult, even good change can be hard. I use a variety of approaches to help you navigate those changes. I also recognize the impact that trauma can have in our lives and work to help you process this and find new healthy ways of coping.
