I have a passion for helping individuals who have been wounded physically, emotionally and spiritually to become whole and restored. During my professional career I have worked with individuals of all ages who suffer from traumatic experiences, mood disorders, chronic illness, grief and loss, crisis intervention and a host of other issues. I am a certified premarital/marital counseling facilitator with PREPARE/ENRICH. I am also a Board Certified Telemental Health provider which allows me to provide counseling via Video calls.
I am fluent in American Sign Language and have the ability to relate to the Deaf and have a deep understanding of the culture. I am certified to do online counseling (video chat, email, text). This gives freedom to those who may not be able to get to the office due to limitations or restraints.
I believe in the mind, body, spirit approach and finding balance in those areas. I work with individuals to find balance in life and to become more whole through exploring the various areas of their lives.
