My 37 yrs of work in community mental health has focused on healing from trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and ongoing addiction recovery. With a blend of traditional talk therapy, evidence based practices, psychoeducation, and a variety of creative alternative healing strategies like Equine Assisted therapy, we can find what works for you.
