I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with young adults, adults, and couples. I help clients free themselves from traumas, negative messages and emotional blocks so they can operate more from their innate wholeness. I teach skills in emotional regulation, Mindfulness, empathy, and conflict resolution. I use Somatic Guided Meditation and Presence to assist my clients in being grounded in their bodies and the relational space that we share to increase a sense of safety.
I guide teenagers, adults, and couples through their stages of healing using Trauma Informed, Internal Family Systems Informed and Holistic Practices. As a skilled and gentle companion I educate about trauma, brain changes, and the central nervous system. I also offer Reiki to help my clients calm themselves and gain access to healing.
I meet clients where they are emotionally, mentally, experientially with empathy. I validate their experiences, thoughts and feelings each session. My motto to clients is to "Keep it real". My goal for myself in sessions is to offer a healing environment where clients can feel safe to be themselves.
