I have over fifteen years of experience in counseling settings and I bring a direct but supportive approach to those I work with. I specialize in working with adolescents, individuals, families and couples experiencing depression, anxiety, loss, codependence, communication difficulties and life transition. I collaborate with the client to create treatment goals and use a variety of modalities depending on the client's needs.
