I have over 30 years experience working with youth and families. I work from a positive psychology frame work to help clients address their depression, communication issues, work related issues, self-esteem, coping, and stress, anxiety, ADHD, relationships, adolescent behaviors, substance abuse, parenting, grief, divorce, sexual abuse, conflict resolution and trauma.
I work at New Beginnings Youth and Family Services with two other amazing therapist. We pride ourselves on provide high quality services with compassion, dedication and hardwork. We also provide therapeutic groups, parenting classes and life skills classes.
