I am eager to learn about you and how I can help you. I can understand different customs and backgrounds, having arrived in the U.S. as a Vietnamese War immigrant and having lived on both coasts. I have volunteered and worked in education, guest service, culinary, journalism, music, nonprofit, and religious fields. I am also literate in three languages.

I believe in learning to rely on yourself and choosing how you will depend on others. I have over 25 years of experience in marriage and family issues, chronic illness management, and trauma coping skills. Flexibility with "know how" are my strengths that I model in realistic and fun ways to help you change how you want to work through your "stuck points".
