I believe most people have a sense of what is wrong with them, but it is my belief that they need help discovering what is right with them, and that journey is worth taking. I am eclectic in my approach because everybody is different, but I am drawn towards Internal Family Systems, Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, with some other stuff mixed in.
When we meet, you will discover I use a lot of humor, curiosity and can sometimes be direct when needed. I love helping people heal and empower them to make the changes they need to live a life consistent with who they are. You can expect to laugh, cry, and experience your emotions in a safe space.
