I have a heart for working with women and teen girls who are ready to heal, grow, and recognize their worth. Many come to therapy struggling with the effects of difficult childhood experiences, leaving them feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or believing they're "not enough." My goal is to provide a judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to find your voice, build healthy relationships, and move forward with hope.
Healing isn't about changing who you are. It's about understanding how your experiences have shaped you and recognizing they don't define your future. Together, we'll make sense of what's holding you back and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater confidence.
