About
Life is CHANGE. There is no getting around it. And some of our changes work us over more than others. Personal life coaching for women is uniquely suited to support women as we move through the various remarkable transitions of our lives. Anxiety, boundaries, body image issues, relationships, communication, Imposter Syndrome, caregiving, self-care and grieving are a just some of the subjects that come up.
As an RN of 36 yrs with a specialty in Women's and Family Health, I have spent many hours with women of all ages. I have done a lot of listening and learning. I'm passionate about partnering with adult women and walking with them through the mess . Honest communication, building on strengths, accountability, and allowing her to own her outcome work well.
I believe faith based coaching is a powerfully effective and respectful way to help women. My clients and I are equals, cooperating in a partnership of honesty, careful communication, creativity, and hard work.
