I have a passion for helping individuals navigate their healing journey by providing a safe space filled with compassion, non-judgment, and authenticity. I utilize a holistic, strength-based, and trauma-informed lens and believe that the clients are the experts in their lives. My specialty is anxiety, depression, and child/adolescent-related issues.
