I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) and I have over 30 years' experience in counseling. Grief, relationships, trauma, neurodiversity, stress management, anger management, depression, anxiety, aging, mood disorders - these are some of the things I have been able to help people with in order to regain control of their lives. I am seeing adults only.

In my therapeutic approach, I tailor my methods to best meet my client's needs, whether it's DBT skills, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mind/body awareness, mindfulness, polyvagal theory, or listening, reflecting, affirming, and problem-solving.
I have certifications in treating ADHD and autism and my approach is neurodiversity affirming.
