It moves couples from being "Disasters" to Masters" of relationships by improving conflict management and communication skills and ways to deepen intimacy.
As a Family Therapist ,my expertise with families involves resolving conflicts, improving communication as well as parenting issues. My focus with adolescents and adults involves issues related to anxiety, depression, grief, loss, PTSD and trauma work.
I offer flexibility in scheduling with hours available both day and evening.
