I am a board-certified Psychotherapist who is here to help you navigate through trauma and current concerns/issues. I can help you cope with issues that are hindering you in various aspects of your life. I attended Grand Canyon University and have been practicing in the mental health field for over 10 years. Working with clients to identify and deal with unresolved traumas is an essential component to my therapy. I have found that unresolved trauma can result in maladaptive behaviors and substance use. There may be times when addressing concern/issues can be avoided due to guilt and shame. We can also work throughly them as well.
I can help you to gain positive perspectives on routined mindset. I can help you reframe negative thoughts into positive thoughts. I have found that trauma can hinder relationships throughout the lifespan. I believe that experiences during childhood can be extremely impactful. As a therapist, it is necessary to understand how trauma can affect relationships.
Together, we can work through alldifficult situations and gain effective coping strategies to utilize. My approaches to counseling begins with building a great rapport and a trusting relationship.
