I help individuals and couples work through their rough patches. By using proven methods based on research I have helped resolve many issues without lengthy treatment. Being empathically present with clients to ensure their safety and comfort is a core value for me. All lifestyles and cultural backgrounds are welcomed in my practice. In addition to California clients, I am also licensed for televideo sessions in New Mexico and Florida.
Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, Process-Oriented Psychology and 45-years of mindfulness practice all inform my approach. But, really, the key to how I help is by listening carefully to my clients. Working together we create the possibility for better outcomes by empowering you to make more effective choices.
To offer flexibility to busy people, my hours are skewed later in the day. Sessions run a full 60-minute hour. The first begins at noon, the last at 7:45 PM, Tuesday through Friday. I work with clients on crafting the best approach to accommodate their work and family demands.
