We will work through the tough shit and identify healthy skills to navigate what seems like never ending challenges. Our time together will be a safe space to explore the journey of inner peace that can only be defined by you.
In my practice, I utilize an eclectic approach of CBT, solution focus, attachment therapy, and many more depending on your needs. My approach is very individualistic based on your needs.
