I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 23 years of experience. I assist individuals age 11+ with concerns including anxiety, depression, anger, ADHD, grief, trauma, stress, and self-esteem. In a supportive, non-judgmental space, I explore experiences and patterns with my clients and develop practical tools to manage stress, navigate emotions, and build resilience. Clients can expect compassion, collaboration, and actionable strategies in every session.
I received my Master of Social Work from Indiana University South Bend. I utilize evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and strength-based strategies to address each client’s unique needs.
